Touching lives

If you pick up a free copy of TODAY newspaper and flip the pages, you will find there's usually a page featuring:

SingTel Fold-A-Heart

Two hearts that I folded.

The SingTel Fold-A-Heart is the signature activity of Touching Lives Fund. This year, the Fold-A-Heart ads will be placed in TODAY newspaper from 12 to 25 September 2007. The public can use the red portion in the Fold-A-Heart advertisement, fold it into a heart and drop the folded heart into any postbox by 28 September 2007. SingTel will donate $1 for every red folded heart collected.

It took me less than 5 minutes to cut out and fold the heart. I dropped the folded hearts into the mailbox on way home. Basically, it just takes that little bit of extra effort. Yet sometimes it completely slipped my mind.

A dollar for every heart is a worthwhile effort, and it benefits several needy children. For more information, please visit: SingTel Touching Lives
