My Blog has evolved over time to include music in the form of lyrics and sometimes video. Music can be defined as an art of sound in time that expresses ideas and emotions in significant forms through the elements of rhythm, melody, harmony, and color.
Music usually carries with it a message and sometimes I feel that a particular song would be able to convey the message that I wish to express in the blog entry. Contrary to what some may think, it is not effective to use music always as a medium of expression. Studies have shown that if the music that doesn't appeal to certain individuals, it is likely that the individual would not get the message intended.
I have been selective over the songs that I append to my blog entries. Below is an example of incorporating music in my blog; the song selected is feisty and fast paced, and it's likely that readers may not catch the meaningful message behind the song, thus the lyrics have also been appended.
